"We're retiring after 10 years of running Crossways successfully (thanks to the start from the B&B Academy) and we would love to be able to pass the business on to someone looking to run a busy town centre B&B. Cheltenham has year-round trade with events  and festivals  - not just racing - at least every month. There is a thriving business travel trade as well as tourist travel from walkers on the Cotswold Way to weekenders.

Crossways has 6 rooms although we run only 4 at the moment. Three are en-suite. There is an excellent owner's flat in the basement with access to the large garden. 

We both take a salary from the business, as well as generous pension contributions,  and the business still turns a profit. This is mostly from direct bookings and around 30% from booking.com. We have not had to list on other sites or do much marketing, so there is scope to generate more income before you hit the VAT threshold."
